Who we are And how we are working

Blue Sails Limited is a Mauritian company incorporated in 2016 by Michel and Anne Bourgeois, who are the sole shareholders and directors.

Anne and Michel are both Belgian and Mauritian nationals. After 18 years of airline crew tasks, together with her husband, Anne created and managed the first 5-star boutique hotel in Mauritius.

As director of Blue Sails Ltd company, she is more involved in customers relations, and projects finitions and decoration with our interior designers. Michel retired as airline captain in 2018 and is now responsible for the company strategy, the realizations concept and the technical and legal procedures.

ALL BLUE SAILS Ltd projects are developed according to the following characteristics:

  • Sale in VEFA (sale in the future state of completion), which allows buyers to modify plans according to their wishes and to pay over 18 months.
  • Financial completion guarantee (GFA) donated by a Mauritian bank. This is the assurance of the completion of the project.
  • Monitoring by a renowned QS (quantity surveyor), guarantee of the quality of construction.
  • A renowned Engineering office.
  • A fast and efficient notary who can enlighten you on advantageous tax possibilities and residence rights.
  • Our architects are chosen for their commitment to our philosophy of small high class and quality, very private projects. We are always adding the services of interior designers to our projects, as we are of the opinion that the optimisation of the surfaces is a real speciality, where good taste, practical spirit and excellent knowledge of interior layout and materials used for the last touches is a must.
